Grapes: Malvasia, Trebbiano and San Colombano
Vinification, maturation and aging: The best bunches of grapes are dried for 3 months in racks. Malolactic fermentation and aging is in oak and chestnut casks for a period of at least 3 years. Assembly in stainless steel tanks. Bottled by hand to fall; unfiltered.
Tasting notes: amber color, intense and persistent aroma with hints of dried fruits, ethereal and complex. Sweet, dry, pleasantly soft and velvety taste with a hint of almond.
