Grape variety: 87% Sangiovese, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Vinification: Manual harvest; 30 days spontaneous fermentation in stainless still with autochthon yeast; pigeage; 12 months ageing in barriques or big casks. 

Colour: soft ruby red with violet tones. 

Nose: Reminds the vegetation of the territory

Taste: Elegant, spicy and smooth.
