Grape variety: 100% Syrah


Vinification: Manual harvest; cold maceration for a period of 5/6 days at approximately 5°-7° C. Fermentation with natural spontaneous yeasts.
Ageing in small barriques for 18 months.

Colour: intense dark red

Nose/Taste: A powerful Syrah beautiful and pleasing, beautiful fabric, which expresses the variety and with a slight roughness in the mouth that makes it very attractive to confer personality. Final almost sweet and long.

Recommended temperature:16 ° -18 °

It accompanies: grilled red meats, game and cheese.
