Vinification: 18 months in barrels

Type yeast: spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts.

Tasting: Red brilliant ruby. Aroma evolved with spices, coffee. Good body structure and finesse.

It accompanies: game dishes and red meat, cheese and ham.

Serve: 16°-18° C.
