Grape variety: Sangiovese, Merlot

 

Vinification: Manual harvest; 8° cold maceration for 5 to 6 days. Fermentation with natural yeast.

Ageing: 5-10% tonneaux, 90-95% big oak casks and inox.

 

Colour: Bright ruby red

 

Nose: Fruity, with cherry, blackberry and wild berry's aromas.

 

Taste: Fresh with soft tannins. A pleasant wine to drink every day. Serve at 14 ° -16 ° C
