The Winery Mario Torelli is on the Hill of San Grato in Bubbio. It has an area of 12.00 hectares, of which 9.00 cultivated. It is a family company producing 60,000 bottles, where are working from 1974 Mario Torelli and from 1989 his son Gianfranco, who have decided to continue the work begun in 1890 by the great-grandfather “Pinen d’la Milan-a”.

Since 1987 the company began the conversion of their vineyards of Muscat, Chardonnay, Dolcetto, Barbera and Brachetto to the Organic Agriculture with the certification of the Italian Association for Organic Agriculture then passed to the ICEA, Institute for the Certification Ethics and Environmental.
