EREDI DI SETTIMO AURELIO's vineyards and cellars are located in a hamlet of La Morra, called Frazione Annunziata, in the heart of the Barolo wine-growing area.Since 1962, this small, family-run farm has been selecting and vinifying grapes grown only on its own land, dedicating painstaking, constant care and commitment to its quest for products of the highest quality. The vineyards cover a total area of 66,400 m², 9,700 of which are planted with DOLCETTO D'ALBA DOC and 56,700 with NEBBIOLO DA BAROLO.The excellent SOUTH - SOUTH-WESTERLY exposure of the ROCCHE slopes (34,200 m²) is considered as being one of the top growing areas for Barolo wine. Here, the fertile, clayey-calcareous soil, together with the altitude and exposure, produce a full-bodied, but, at the same time, delicate, very fragrant Barolo.
