PINOT GRIGIO Igt Corte del Pozzo
 

 

Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Grigio

Kg/Ha: 7000 

Position: 200 m slm 

Soil composition: clay, limestone 

Training System: mainly Guyot 

Field conduction and harvest: the harvest begin at the end of September/first days of October. All the grapes are handly selected. After the crashing process, the grapes are macerated for10-12 hours at 10 C°. After this  became the soft pressing process.

 

Vinification: the fermentation is at 15-16C°. 

Colour: yellow with golden reflexes

Nose: intense fruity notes 

Taste: Harmonic on the palate with hints of peaches, apricots and tropical fruits. Elegant and balanced finish.  

Best to serve at: 12-14°C
