Harvesting technique: manual, first ten days of September 

Vinification: soft bunch crushing, cold decantation, fermentation atcontrolled temperature 

Maturation: in steel vats for about 5 months, after a short stay in large wooden barrels 

Ageing: at least one month in bottle before marketing 

Tasting: Intense and bright cherry red; smells of geranium and wild strawberry,with recurrent mineral notes reminding of gun barrel and wet rock. Verywell-balanced, impeccable taste, fruity and nicely savoury. Alcohol isperfectly integrated and its softness gives the wine an unrivalledpleasantness.
