Vinification: Manual harvest, followed by the grapes passerillage raising during the next three months. Two months fermentation and ageing in bottle for 8/9 months.

Colour: Golden yellow, reminding honey

Nose: Harmonious and aromatic

Taste: Lovely acidity, well integrated in the structure. Big freshness and persistence. Smooth and velvety final.
