Vinification: Manual harvest. Soft pressing, followed by fermentation in big oak casks and barrique from 10 to 18 days. Ageing in big oak casks and barrique as well.
Colour: Bright straw-yellow
Nose: Fruity, with tropical fruits notes
Taste: Elegant and persistent, having a considerable evolution in the palate.
