Vinification: Maximum yield: 75lb/ha, Pruning, Harvest selection, Brief but intense maceration, Fermentation at controlled temperature, Ageing for 6 months in durmast barrels.

Colour: Brilliant ruby red colour

Nose: fruit bouquet, with light sweet note, vinous and elegant.

Taste: Robust, persuasive flavour

Aging Period: 4-5 years

Serving Temperature: 18° C.
