VIN SANTO
 

Wine made with organically grown grapes: malvasia, and trebbiano toscano.

The mature grapes are left on the vines for 2-3 months.

Once pressed, Vin santo is aged in 3 small kind of wood barrels for a minimum of 3 years and then refi ned in bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Vin santo has a dry and slightly acidic fi nish with hints of dry prunes and spices.

It is best when paired with fresh cheesesand traditional Tuscan biscotti.

Bottle size: 0.375 l.
