Grapes: 100 % Favorita

Vinification: soft pressing of grapes and fermentation for about 7 / 10 days at constant temperature (18-20 °).

Ageing: in stainless steel tanks and then bottled.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; very intense, delicate and fine at the nose. Dry with a slightly bitter aftertaste and a pleasant sensation of freshness. He has good aromatic and elegant body.
