DIANO D'ALBA DOCG
 

Grapes: 100% Dolcetto

Vinification: crushing and soft pressing of grapes, fermentation and maceration on the skins for 8 days at controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 10 months.

Characteristics: ruby red color with violet reflections, characteristic aroma, winey, floral and fruity. In the mouth it is soft, dry, full bodied, with light tannins, with a pleasant and slightly bitter almond aftertaste.
