Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo

Vinification: The grapes are all harvested by hand, and the selection is made on the youngest vineyards. Short fermentation with skin contact in order to obtain gentle and pleasant tannins. This wine ages in large wood casks or stainless steel tanks.

Colour: Ruby red with cherry reflections.

Nose: Fruity, red berry notes, floral with hints of rose and violet.

Taste: Fruity, dry and clean finish.
