Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Manual harvest. The grapes are gently pressed and the must fermented at low temperature. The ageing process lasts about three months and take place in stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Shimmering golden with greenish nuances.
Nose: Hints of butter; honey and floral notes combined with pear, banana and pineapple.
Taste: Very persistent and full bodied.
