Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Vinification: The grapes are all harvested by hand and fermented at a maximum temperature of 30° C, maceration lasts over three weeks. The wine is aged in barriques for a minimum of 15 months to a maximum of 24 months.
Colour: Intense red
Nose: Floral notes, spices and chocolate.
Taste: Wide and soft with the above mentioned notes. |
