Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo

 

Vinification: The grapes are all harvested by hand and fermented at a maximum temperature of 30° C, maceration lasts over three weeks. The wine is aged in traditional Slavonian oak casks for 18 months.

 

Colour: Ruby red with carnet tones.

 

Nose: Floreal with wild berry notes combined with chocolate and spices.

 

Taste: Harmonious, warm and velvety.
